David Levenson
Co-Founder
With 20 years of experience at Brookfield Asset Management, David Levenson has held pivotal roles including Global Head of Brookfield Special Investments and CIO at Brookfield Infrastructure.
David’s impressive contributions include:
- US$14B of equity capital invested across multiple strategies:
- Leading the formation of the US$3.5B special situations fund, while serving as CIO and key infrastructure strategist
- Serving on boards like Algonquin Power and Chorus Aviation, steering multi-billion-dollar enterprises to success
- David holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Bahir Manios
Co-Founder
With over 20 years of experience at Brookfield Asset Management, Bahir Manios has held several senior executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management and Chief Strategy Officer of Brookfield Infrastructure
Bahir’s impressive contributions include:
- US$11B in equity capital raised, including leading the IPO of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP
- Overseeing the group’s fundraising program, with US$45B of private capital raised
- Leading and executing US$40B of asset-level financings and US$3B in investment-grade bond programs
- Playing key roles in major spin-offs including Brookfield Infrastructure Partners and Brookfield Reinsurance
- Bahir holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wilfred Laurier University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants
